Welcome to Extreme Metal Reviews! We have lots of great stuff planned for the site including comprehensive coverage of some of the hardest to find extreme metal, opinionated postings giving an insight (hopefully) in to some of the newest and most exciting music and comments on some of the less relevant areas of the extreme metal scene.

I will be working hard to review albums, singles and videos by bands which I think you will all enjoy but I am always open to suggestions so send me an e-mail to simon.connah@googlemail.com and I will try my best to review it in as unbiased way as possible.

So why now? Well I had some time on my hands and decided that it would probably be a good idea spending it doing something that I both enjoy and is of some value. Hopefully you will enjoy it as much as I enjoy writing it.
